About

Coogee Bay Hotel started life as a single storey building, running parallel to Arden Street, set back from the road to allow for a large garden area. It originally opened as a school in 1963, but by 1973 a second storey had been added and the site was converted to a Hotel. A later multi-storey Northern wing was added to the site running parallel to Coogee Bay Road.
