Two storey Colonial Georgian style house, built in 1865 from Sandstone, for John Watkins, a merchant and Randwick Alderman. Later occupied by Walter Bradley, a two times Randwick Mayor. During the 1890s the Loreto Convent conducted a girls school from the premises. The Little Sisters of the Poor acquired the building in 1901, soon building a chapel to the north, and a large spanish architectural style Noviate in 1936. The Emanuel School currently operates in the building.
