Semidetached Victorian terrace pair, on St Marks Road at the edge of the Glebe Gully escarpment prior to redevelopment by Church of England on the site and the buildings were demolished. Glebe Gully was also once considered a wasteland before community action saw this ecologically important microclimate preserved thanks to a band of committed Randwick residents. These once grand buildings enjoyed panoramic views to the east but were demolished by the 1980s after a roof fire caused extensive damage in the 1970s.
Apartment buildings were built in the same location which reused the name "Medina".
