Pink granite cenotaph with bronze Plaques, dedicated by the Governor General Lord Forster 3rd May 1925 to the memory of those who served and died in conflict, particularly in World War I, World War II, Korea, Malaysia, Borneo and Vietnam.
The monument was re-dedicated 3rd May 2025, to mark its centenary, with plaques acknowledging those lost in modern theatres of war, and the sacrifices of peacekeeping forces. This ceremony was led by Governor of New South Wales, Margaret Beazley.
