Goldsmith's Tea Rooms, also known as the La Perouse Refreshment rooms or the Colonnade refreshment rooms, which were rented by Goldsmith's in the 1920s. This two-storey building was located where the Frenchmans Bay Reserve Playground is located now. The clay is in pale orange colour, and painted in white glaze.

Early Grindley ware included a crown as part of the maker’s mark, but from c. 1932 onwards, they were marked with the month and year of manufacture without the crown.
