Full titleBay View Estate, Long BayDate30th September 1916Description"12 excellent elevated seaside sites each with a fine water view" auctioned by H.W. Horning & Co. Ltd. in conjunction with Herbert Dudley. This plan shows lots for sale between Napier Street and The Boulevarde, and a few along Victoria and Dacre Streets, near Long Bay, now knowns as Malabar. The map also shows the surrounding streets, with depictions of existing businesses and public buildings, including churches, refreshment rooms, the public school, and the tram line etc.
