Full titleBorough of RandwickDate18th February 1909DescriptionSuburban lots auction sale of crown lands in the Borough of Randwick, north of Maroubra road, in the suburbas of Maroubra and Kingsford, and auctioned by Messrs Raine & Horne. The map is colour coded showing the lots for sale in this auction in red, outlined lots for 'land availiable for after auction purchase', and greyed out lots for those previously sold, with some containing the names of the owners. The plan further contains a pricing list and a 'local sketch' showing the subdivision in relation to the rest of Sydney.
