Four are located along the corner of Maroubra Bay Road and Royal Street, and the rest are along Fischer Street, near the corner with Irvine Street. The plan provides the sizing for each lot, and depicts some of the surrounding area, including specific houses, parks and ammenities such as a school and the tramline.
The flyer for the subdivision further provides details of the benefits of purchasing in 'The Centre of Charming Resorts'.
