Ltd in conjunction with Spring & Cooper. This is the second subdivision of the land previously owned by Hon. Frederick Thomas Humphery. The plan provides the dimensions of each site, and depicts the srrounding area including reserves, the tramline, and existing houses and businesses.
The soliciors to the estate were Messrs Read & Read, while the vendor was James Burns Esq.
