Frederick Thomas Humphery, icluding his 'comfortable cottage' known as 'ByTheSea'. It was auctioned by Richardson & Wrench Ltd. in conjunction with King & Humphery. The plan provides the dimension of each lot available, and depicts the surrounding area including the bay, streets, reserves and ammenities.
