Full titleBishopscourt Estate, Randwick - CoogeeDate30th October 1926Description3rd auction sale of Bishopscourt Estate, auctioned by Hardie & Gorman Pty. Ltd in conjunction with O'Donnell & Co., and Williams, Whyte & Bardon of the land which previously held the official residence of the Anglican Bishop of Sydney, before it was moved to Darling Point in 1911, and the residence burnt down in 1924. The plan provides the dimensions of each lot for sale, an image taken of the view from the estate, and shows the surrounding area including depictions of existing houses and amenities such as shops and the tramline.
The Vendors' Solicitors of the estate were J. J. Carroll & Son.
