It was auctioned by Hardie & Gorman Pty Ltd. in conjunction with Messers Brodie & Watkin, with the vendor The Australian Cities Investment Corportation Ltd, and the engineer and manager Stayton, George H.. The map shows the surrounding area of the subdivision, and provides the previous names of the streets at this time, such as 'Randwick Road' now known as Alison Road, or 'Eastern Avenue' for Anzac Parade. The map also provides a description of the suburb explaining the merits of the estate.
